2.2 Partial Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a partial refund if:
- You cancel your registration between 7 and 13 days before the seminar start date (50% refund)
- You attend less than 25% of a multi-session seminar and request a refund within 48 hours of the first session
2.3 No Refund Conditions
Refunds will not be provided if:
- You cancel less than 7 days before the seminar start date
- You have accessed seminar materials, downloaded resources, or viewed recordings
- You fail to attend a seminar without prior cancellation
- You violate our Terms of Service or acceptable use policies
3. On-Demand and Recorded Content
3.1 Digital Content Purchases
For pre-recorded seminars, video courses, and downloadable materials:
- Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded any content
- No refunds are available once you have viewed, downloaded, or accessed any portion of the digital content
- Promotional or discounted content may have different refund terms as specified at the time of purchase
3.2 Subscription Services
For monthly or annual subscription plans:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds for the current billing period are provided on a pro-rata basis if canceled within 14 days of renewal
- No refunds are provided for previous billing periods
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation
4. Exceptional Circumstances

7. Transfer and Rescheduling Options

Instead of requesting a refund, you may be able to:
- Transfer your registration to another participant (subject to approval and potential transfer fee)
- Reschedule to a future seminar on the same topic (subject to availability)
- Receive a credit toward future seminars (valid for 12 months from original purchase date)
7.2 Transfer Requests
Transfer requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the seminar start date and may be subject to a nominal administrative fee.
8. Disputed Charges
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately at info@daravelynqua.com before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution.
Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in:
- Suspension of account access
- Forfeiture of refund eligibility
- Additional administrative fees
